Kadar Khan belongs to the ethnic Pashtun of Kakar Tribe. He was raised in Kamathipura, the neighborhood of Mumbai.
Kader Khan Education: He is a Graduate Civil Engineer from Ismail Yusuf College. From 1970 to 1975, he worked as a professor of Civil Engineering at M. H. Saboo Siddik College of Engineering in Byculla.

Kadar Khan Death: Actor Kader Khan was suffering from a degenerative disease called supranuclear palsy. On 28th December 2018, he was admitted to the hospital in Canada. On 31st December 2018, Kader Khan bade goodbye to this world. His son Sarfaraz confirmed his death news to the media. His funeral ceremony was held in Mississauga at Meadowvale cemetery, Canada.
